Return Process

  Log into your SELENE account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the unused products in their original boxes, ensuring all protective seals are intact, and include your printed return slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return for hygiene compliance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
